Project Eligibility Analyzer
Project Eligibility Analyzer is a sub-module that enables you to quickly assess your projects for green financing eligibility.
It evaluates a project's alignment with frameworks such as the ICMA Green/Social/Sustainability Bond Guidelines, EU Taxonomy technical screening criteria, Green Loan Principles, Sustainability-Linked Loan approaches, and Green Sukuk standards, presenting the level of alignment with each framework on a single screen.
Fast green finance pre-screening for projects
It clarifies the eligibility picture by screening a project against core green finance criteria before it is taken to a bank.
Instead of reviewing different guidelines and criteria separately, it enables you to see your project against these frameworks on the same screen.
Before the project goes into bank or investor assessment, it allows you to see weak points and make the necessary corrections.
It produces clear and concrete answers to the question “According to which criterion is it eligible?” for project owners, sustainability teams, and credit units.
Project eligibility outputs can, where needed, also be aligned with the framework and evidence structures on the ComplianceIQ™ side and linked into reporting processes.
Which frameworks and criteria does this module use to evaluate projects?
Project Eligibility Analyzer evaluates projects against the ICMA Green / Social / Sustainability Bond guidelines, EU Taxonomy technical criteria, Green Loan Principles / Sustainability-Linked Loan approaches, and Green Sukuk standards under AAOIFI and IFSB.
Who is this module designed for?
It is suitable for credit and sustainable finance teams in banks, project/finance units of corporate companies, and institutions planning to issue green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, or sukuk.
What type of project data does it require from me?
It requires the activity type, investment scope, technology, expenditure items, expected environmental benefits such as emissions reduction, energy savings, and water efficiency, and, where available, relevant permit or certificate information.
Does this module replace a second-party opinion (SPO)?
No. Project Eligibility Analyzer enables you to carry out a pre-assessment of your projects against the relevant frameworks, but the formal second-party opinion and external verification processes are still conducted by independent organizations.
Can we share the results directly with a bank or investor?
Yes. The eligibility summary and the detailed criteria-based list can be exported as a report or PDF output for sharing with banks, investors, or internal committees.
