Corporate Carbon Accounting Engine is a corporate carbon accounting module that calculates and manages a company’s Scope 1–2–3 emissions from a single interface in alignment with the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064. By eliminating fragmented Excel files and inconsistent calculation approaches across sustainability teams, finance and CFO functions, and banks, it enables you to build a structured, transparent, and audit ready emissions inventory.
Collect and integrate data
ERP, invoices, meters, fuel, logistics, and facility data are ingested automatically via system integrations, or uploaded using standard Excel/templates.
Classify activities (Scope 1–2–3)
All activities are organized by facility, country, NACE code, and Scope 1–2–3 breakdown; the system flags missing or potentially incorrect fields.
Calculate emissions
Activity data is matched with up-to-date local and international emission factors; CO₂e calculations are performed automatically and the applied methodology is stored in the system.
Review and update results
Calculated emissions results are reviewed via summary screens and reports; data inputs can be corrected where needed, and comments/explanations will be added.
Share reports and start using them
Approved results are transferred to other modules within CCAS™ and to ComplianceIQ™ / Green Finance Suite™; they become ready for ESRS, CDP, bank formats, or internal management reporting.

What happens if Scope 3 data is incomplete?
You don’t need all supplier data to be available from day one. For missing areas, approaches such as sector averages or spend-based methods can be used; as SupplySense™ is adopted, these areas are updated with actual supplier data.
